I was extremely pleased with the job Yates Home Improvements did for me. I had an entire kitchen torn out and remodeled. Wade and his crew were incredibly polite, kind, and courteous. They were always on time to start the job. When overtime was needed, they did not hesitate to work additional hours after consulting with me. They take pride in their work and went above and beyond in prepping prior to the start of the job. Upon completing the job for the day, they swept the floor and tools were properly stored for the next day. Wade is very easy to work with and was super responsive to all my calls. Throughout this job, I made several changes to the existing plans which caused delays for him and his crew and re-scheduling of his electrician and plumber. Wade always handled my requests with the utmost respect and made sure I was happy with the changes and it was never a problem. With his professional knowledge on many aspects of the job, he took time to discuss any changes I requested, good or bad, and explained why some of the changes I wanted would not work out. He has impeccable taste in providing a beautiful job. He took the time to shop with me on plumbing and electrical fixtures when I needed in order to save time and so I could see what was going to work out. Since completing my kitchen, I used Yates Home Improvements to reconstruct a master bathroom project, and re-do all my hardwood floors. There were never any major problems and things were done in a timely fashion. I do have to say, Wades tile guy is superb. I’ve had a lot of tile work done over time in other houses, but I was never as happy with the tile work as I was with the work he did. A BIG Thank You to Yates Home Improvements .
